What We Do

Our Process

Exacta proactively identifies potential savings opportunities for businesses like yours. Here’s a breakdown of our process:

Data Analysis

We use our industry-leading software, Analyse, to scour historical business rates data and this enables us to pinpoint errors in past bills which when corrected will result in a refund for you and the peace of mind that your future bills will be correct.

Research & Verification

Our research team gathers all relevant information about the property, including the ratepayer, address, and occupation period.

Lead Qualification

The qualified lead is then passed to our Account Managers. They will contact you to confirm details and answer any questions that you may have.

Authorisation & Audit

Once we have your authorisation, our Analysts will work with the Billing Authority to correct the errors and obtain your refund.

Updates

You will be given access to our Exacta Client Portal so that you can have real-time updates on the audit. You can also contact your Property Tax Manager throughout the process.

Recovery & Reporting

After our work is complete and we have corrected the errors and obtained your refund you will receive a detailed final report outlining the audit process and recovered amount. If, for any reason, we are unable to actualise a saving for you, there will be nothing for you to pay and you will have peace of mind that your rating liability is correct and error free.
